Note, for common names such as Smith, your user name may be smith, smith2 or smith3. Look up your user name here.

User names and passwords are case sensitive and will not contain spaces, hyphens or apostrophes. For example:

• a hyphenated last name such Smith-Johnson becomes: smithjohnson
• a last name with an apostrophe such as O’Neil becomes: oneil
• a last name such as De Winton becomes: dewinton
• passwords are an uppercase D, followed by 4 numbers: DXXXX
